Coordinating & Attendee Engagement

A wedding coordinator is logistically focused but on a shorter timeline than a planner. We usually begin helping you prepare two months before the wedding, and function as the point person on the wedding day. We confirm the vendor scope of services and create a day-of timeline, as well as make sure things like payments and guest counts are in order, but won't be involved in the earlier planning phases or keeping track of your budget.

 

As your Coordinator, we make sure everything you've done up until the big day, is in good shape. Hiring a coordinator to take over the month or so before your wedding, gives us time to tweak any details, follow up on loose ends, make sure everything is in order, nothing is forgotten, and you're able to enjoy your wedding day, stress free.

This service is for the couple who is detail oriented, organized, and wants to play an active role in planning their wedding but would like someone to take care of the last-minute details and make sure they haven't missed anything. And, most importantly, prioritizes the desire to REALLY enjoy the wedding without being in charge of everyone and everything, that day.

 

Our Coordinator Duties include but not limited to:

  • Meeting with you six to eight weeks before the wedding to get a handle on what you've planned thus far.

  • Check in with your vendors to review the signed contracts and confirm logistics.

  • Create detailed timelines and floor plans.

  • Complete a final walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites.

  • Address any overlooked details (such as forgetting to hire a coat check attendant).

  • Conduct and Manage the rehearsal.

  • Oversee everything on the wedding day.

  • And more
